Lakewood Village, a superior senior gated community, is located 3 miles east of Punta Gorda, FL at the intersection of Duncan Road (FL-17) and Bermont Road (FL-74). The address is 5601 Duncan Road, Punta Gorda, FL 33982

​With over 200 double wide manufactured homes, the Village includes a large multi-purpose club house with exercise room, library/card room, pool tables and a large screen HDTV. Other amenities include a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard courts, bocci ball, horseshoes and tennis court. The park is large enough to accommodate the various interests of the residents yet small enough to make it a family community.

​Many social functions take place throughout the year. These include holiday celebrations, dances, potluck dinners, catered dinners, cookouts, pancake breakfasts and various entertainment.
